Spring Residency 2025


About the Residency

Featuring collage and works on paper, Andy created a body of work that drew inspiration from the 14th century fresco known as the Sala dei Mesi (Hall of the Months) situated in Ferrara, Italy. Throughout the residency Andy embarked on his own journey through time, translating historical questions of space and surface into new adventures on paper.

About the ArtistAndy Murray (b.1989) is an Australian artist based 
in Glasgow. His current output centres around drawings on paper and hybrid sculptural assemblages. Murray completed an MLitt in Fine 
Art Practice at Glasgow School of Art in 2022.
