About the Series:
This series of watercolours were made as part of a collaboration with artist Laura Scott. Since 2011, both artists have maintained a correspondence project driven by shared drawings, texts and a fax machine. In this exchange, the watercolours emerged as a spontaneous response to a prompt from Sylvia Plath's poem "Three Women". The work was made when the artist was living in Shanghai in 2015.
